We have a range of leave benefits for you to access that are in addition to leave that is legislated (such as annual leave and personal leave). These additional leave benefits are offered to support your overall wellbeing and encourage you to balance work and personal life.
- Public Holiday Swaps - To enable people from different cultures, religions and backgrounds to connect on days that are important to them, we allow you to swap up to three of our gazetted Public Holidays for other holidays, festivals or celebrations later within that calendar year.
- Floating Holiday – You are granted a day to be taken at any time during the year - for any reason!
- Birthday Leave – What better way to celebrate your birthday than with a day off?
- Volunteer Day – To encourage you to give back to your community, you will have access to one paid Volunteer Day each year.

- Parental Leave - If you are about to become a primary carer, Equifax provides you with up to 13 weeks of paid parental leave as part of the 52 week period of Parental Leave, to support you with your family responsibilities. As a secondary carer, you can take up to 6 weeks paid parental leave. Equifax will continue to make Superannuation or KiwiSaver contributions during this period.
- Wellbeing Leave - We can't forget to look after our wellbeing. With that in mind, all employees receive one Wellbeing day to use each year.
- Emergency Leave (Community Service) - Equifax provides you with paid leave to support emergency services, or to assist you if you are personally impacted by a natural disaster.

Corporate Healthcare PlansAustralia – Equifax has partnered with Bupa to offer discounted private health cover to you. and your family. The Corporate Healthcare Plan offers more affordable cover, as well as access to great discounts and specials.
New Zealand – Equifax cares for your health and pays for you to have the Wellbeing Two health insurance plan with Day to day Care Module from Southern Cross Health Society.
- Salary Continuance Insurance (SCI) – This policy provides a monthly income of up to 75% of your salary package if you are totally or partially disabled due to illness or injury and unable to work.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Equifax has a confidential employee assistance program, available 24/7, to provide you with support when needed.
- Flu Vaccinations - The flu season can mean days off work, runny noses and not feeling the best. Each year we pay for flu vaccinations to give you the option to ward off any sickness.

KiwiSaver - New Zealand
KiwiSaver is a great savings initiative to help set you up for retirement and is a combination of your contributions, Equifax’s contribution, and the Government contributions.
When you start with us, we will provide you with information on how you can opt in and how you can contribute a percentage of your salary. You will find these documents and more information for review in your onboarding documents in Workday.

Superannuation - Australia
The Company has established a default superannuation plan under the Mercer Smartsuper Plan. Membership benefits include access to death and disability insurance in your super at competitive corporate rates and a range of investment options, and you'll get access to Mercer financial advisers that can help you achieve your goals.
Employees have the ability to nominate their own complying Choice of Super Fund for which the Company will make contributions into. If you do not make a choice, the company will contact the ATO to establish the details of your stapled fund, which in most cases will be your most recent Superannuation Fund and will make contributions to that fund. If you do not have a previous fund, or the fund will not accept contributions, the Company will make contributions on your behalf into its default fund, Mercer.
If you want to make additional contributions to your superannuation, you can do that too via a salary sacrifice arrangement. Be sure to reach out to the payroll team to let them know how much extra you wish to contribute.
